Job Description
- Provide necessary assistance to the training instructors for preparing training materials.
- Translate technical materials to Nepali
- Entry of training received by the employees in ERP after completion of training.
- Proper management of Sipradi Library.
- Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification
Job Requirements
- Proven 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
