Job Description
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.
- Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Contains costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options.
- Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Job Requirements
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly.
- Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device.
- Perform maintenance and provide customer support.
- Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.
- Handle regular servicing; Gearbox and clutch overhauling.
- Attend breakdown calls other as assigned by immidate supervisor.
