Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of Django developers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Manage day-to-day activities, workload distribution, and project timelines.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Django framework and bestpractices.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in the design and implementation of robust and scalable solutions.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Django and related technologies.

Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.

Break down projects into manageable tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.

Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherenceto coding standards.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure seamless integration of features.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with overall business goals.

Proactively identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks.

Work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timelymanner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a software engineer with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, architecture, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).

Knowledge of database design and optimization, preferably with PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, preferably Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
