Technical Team Lead

Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Django developers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Manage day-to-day activities, workload distribution, and project timelines.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Django framework and best
  practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in the design and implementation of robust and scalable solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Django and related technologies.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Break down projects into manageable tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence
  to coding standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure seamless integration of features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with overall business goals.
• Proactively identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks.
• Work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely
  manner.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a software engineer with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, architecture, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
• Knowledge of database design and optimization, preferably with PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, preferably Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
