Job Description

  • Monitoring and Supervising Digital Content Processing Team for smoothening the Content and Library Management System. Here CONTENT refers to Song, Video Information.
  • Managing the detail information of the digital content (Audio and Videos) with the help of excel.
  • Analyzing market demand and ensuring the fulfillment of the content in the respective operator.
  • Work closely with current and new clients to understand their requirement in order to provide strategic solutions.
  • Distributing task to the subordinates as per their skills and knowledge and create a time line for the accomplishment of assigned task.
  • Regularizing the future business growth and managing data (Audio and Videos) accordingly.
  • Need a comprehensive knowledge of task accomplished and must keep up to date with current development.
  • Getting the best out of team members through motivation and well thought and anticipating training requirement.
  • Compile and report to management of the tasks carried out by different departments.
  • Coordinate with Head of departments and Section In charges.
  • Facilitate, monitor and supervise the daily work done in each section and provide a compile report to for submission to HODs and CEO.
 

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in MS word / MS-Excel (Filtering, Sorting, Vlookup, Pivot, Data Validation, Matching and so on), PowerPoint.
  • Should have Interpersonal Skills
  • Should be able to maintain departmental relationship
  • Should be willing to work with Nepali MUSIC
  • High level of concentration in the task
  • Better knowledge of the excel
  • Human management skill and analytical skills with the ability to analyze raw data to draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendation
  • Ability to meet the deadlines
  • Reporting and Analysis Skill
  • Must be fluent in English and Nepali language
