Job Description
- Handles expenses and billing cycles.
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.
- Interacts with supervisors and carries out their requests.
- Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Job Requirements
- +2 in management
- Atleast 1 year of experience is preferred in related field
- Strong Attention to detail is required
- Excellent time management skills
- Own vehicle and license is must.
