Job Description
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
- Oversee the entire process of Letter of Credit (LC) management, including issuance, amendment, and monitoring.
- Facilitate Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) transactions, ensuring timely and accurate fund transfers between accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to provide insights into financial performance.
- Utilize accounting software proficiently for transaction recording, report generation, and process streamlining.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations during audits.
- Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations by accurately calculating and timely remitting taxes, and assisting in tax return preparation.
Job Requirements
- Atleast 3-4 yrs in manufacturing company
- Bachelor's Degree graduates can apply
- Oversee the entire process of Letter of Credit (LC) management, including issuance, amendment, and monitoring.
- Should have knowledge of SAP Software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
