Job Description
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client needs and business goals.
- Oversee project deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to drive account growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in account management in consultancy industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or client relationship management, preferably in the consulting industry.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
