Sr. Account Manager

Job Description

• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client needs and business goals.
• Oversee project deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Analyze client feedback and market trends to drive account growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in account management in consultancy industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management or client relationship management, preferably in the consulting industry.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
