Job Description
- Oversee and manage the company’s accounting operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Accounting software and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
