Job Description
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and producResponsible for sales in Egypt for all kinds of automotive spare parts.
- Identify and develop sales leads and generate sales opportunities to drive sales revenue.
- Focus on Key accounts and on promoting the products B2B.
- Actively identify new business opportunities/ sectors to expand the business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current clients.
- Study competitors product lines and develop materials to support sales activities.
Job Requirements
- Must have Master's degree with 3-4 years experience in relevant field or similar position.
- Special knowledge: understanding of After Sales business and automotive industries
- Experience in the sales field of automotive spare parts.
- Self-driven and ambitious.
- Has experience and connections with wholesalers of spare parts.
- Personal skills such as good negotiator.
