- Address customers’ inquiries and complaints through telephone, email, letter, face-to-face and so on.
- Handle and solve customers’ complaints successfully by investigating their problems thoroughly.
- Identify genuine customers’ complaints and handle it carefully
- Able to develop service business plan and departmental objectives
- Able to guide service team and give them proper direction
