Job Description
- Assists with or performs administrative tasks
- Sets up and maintains service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency
- Demonstrate features and options on the vehicles
- Answer basic questions about financing
- Follow up with buyers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle the customers in a professional manner
Job Requirements
- Outspoken, flexible on time and trustworthy
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skils
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
