Senior IT Officer

Job Description

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement risk management policies, strategies and control.
• Ensure proper execution and adherence to IT policies in overall company.
• Perform IT audit in departments wherever and whenever necessary to identify gaps.
• Periodically assess IT systems, applications, and procedures in the overall company to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate compliance with data protection, privacy, and information security.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and violations.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in IT risk and compliance laws and regulations.
• Recommend good practices in terms of compliance-related matters.
• Ensure technical operations are working smoothly in the designated working station.
• Ensure all infrastructure, security, and software software-related issues are timely addressed.
• Guide and develop subordinates in the field of risk and compliance.
• Provide inter/intra-department training in areas of IT risk and compliance.
• Maintain timely coordination and communication with the inter station technical team.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT field if bachelor's level or minimum 3-5 years experience in IT field if master's level
• Preferable with experience in ISMS certification and implementation
• Proven track record of successful IT project management and delivery
• Solid understanding of budget development and oversight
• Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and solving problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
