Job Description

Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.

Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.

Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree
- Experience: 3-4 years in HR Field.
- Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience on administrative skills, including meticulous record-keeping, data entry, and file management.
