Basic Information
Job Description
-
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
-
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
-
Support payroll preparation and compliance with labor laws
-
Handle office administration tasks including procurement, documentation, and correspondence
-
Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities
-
Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-
2–3 years of experience in HR and administration (construction industry preferred)
-
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
