Job Description

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with VAT, TDS, and other Nepalese tax regulations.
Support audits by providing accurate and timely financial data.
Monitor budgets, cash flow, and expense control measures.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with management for financial planning and decision-making.

Job Requirements

Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance standards.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
