Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend the perfect KIA.
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels to generate sales leads
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of showroom sales, outdoor client visits, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting KIA's features and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiate sales terms, and close deals.
- Process all necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth customer buying experience.
- Participate in showroom activities, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Stay up-to-date on KIA's latest products and promotions.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum Completion of Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry for more than 3 years or a related field, is advantageous.
- Professional Skill: Salesmanship/ Customer Relation Management/ Market Research/Time Management/ Communication Skill/Interpersonal Skill/ Adaptability/Leadership
- A strong understanding of the Nepali automotive market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A passion for KIA automobiles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- A target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
