Job Description
- Exposure on Business development and Network development for primary and secondary sales.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Supporting to the HOD/ED for smooth flow of daily operation under the policy and system.
- Monitoring and implementation of system and policies decided by the HO.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Monitoring of Sales VS Payment and Payment collection.
- Evaluation of the Dealers.
- Suggestion for Pricing and schemes.
- Sales forecasting, Planning, Policy Making, strategy formulation and development of Dealers network of the region.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure it is resolved timely.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
- Candidate must have Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in related field.
