Job Description

  • Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
  • Provide technical advice to industrial or managerial personnel regarding design, construction, or program modifications or structural repairs.
  • Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, or material stress factors to determine design specifications.
  • Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations or establish reference points, grades, or elevations to guide construction.
  • Design energy efficient or environmentally sound civil structures.
  • Direct engineering activities ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, or other governmental regulations.
  • Manage and lead Team members.
  • Lead the team, devise strategy and action plan to achieve monthly sales.
  • Set and achieve sales target for the company and region.
  • Identify, select  and manage  distributors, dealers and create network as per the company criteria in the specified area.
  • Select and develop a team of Sales Officer/Area Managers.
  • Ensure secondary sales as per the target.
  • Responsible for timely payment collection from the parties
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
  • Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
  • 7+ years Experience in Project Sales and the Technical Field of the Plastic Industry
  • Must have independently selected / managed/ worked at national/senior level in similar Industry.
  • Highly Ethical, dedicated, hardworking, driven to achieved and exceed specific goal.
  • Adapts to change demonstrates energy, passion, enthusiasm and has positive attitude.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
