Job Description

  • Identifying new and potential customers; and generating sales for the company according to the target pre set.
  • Developing, strengthening and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products and hence imparting the same accordingly.
  • Build and maintain professional networks. 5.Meet with potential clients to determine their custom needs and requirements.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer's complaints. 7.Make cold calls and visits to potential clients, understand the client’s requirements, and efficiently demonstrate the company’s products' features. 8.Plan and strive for achieving the sales target assigned to him/her. 9.Preparing business proposals and quotations. 10.Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short-term and long-term sales plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's completed in management or any other relevant field or MBA/MBS running or any other relevant field..
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in the relevant field for Business Development Manager. Candidates should possess a fair amount of knowledge regarding HRMS and Payroll Software. Prior experience of working at Software companies like Nimble, Rigo, Neo Delta, Real HR etc will be a plus point.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to interact with and influence multiple sales channels.
  • Ability to manage and track lead generation and a sales pipeline.
  • Passionate about performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
