Retail Spare Parts Officer

Job Description

• Handle daily retail spare parts sales and customer service activities.
• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing appropriate spare parts.
• Maintain proper stock records and inventory management of spare parts.
• Coordinate with service and technical departments regarding parts availability.
• Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and documentation of spare parts transactions.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or fast-moving items.
• Arrange and display spare parts in an organized manner within the store.
• Maintain accurate data entry and update inventory records regularly.
• Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Follow company policies and ensure smooth retail operations.

Job Requirements

• +2 completed or Bachelor’s running candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in spare parts, retail sales, or relevant automobile field.
• Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory handling.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping ability.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities efficiently.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
