Job Description
- Handle daily retail spare parts sales and customer service activities.
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing appropriate spare parts.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory management of spare parts.
- Coordinate with service and technical departments regarding parts availability.
- Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and documentation of spare parts transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or fast-moving items.
- Arrange and display spare parts in an organized manner within the store.
- Maintain accurate data entry and update inventory records regularly.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Follow company policies and ensure smooth retail operations.
Job Requirements
- +2 completed or Bachelor’s running candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in spare parts, retail sales, or relevant automobile field.
- Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory handling.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping ability.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities efficiently.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
