1.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government,institutional, and large infrastructure projects.
2.Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for project-based paint sales.
3.Engage with contractors, architects, consultants,procurement teams and project heads to secure paint supply contracts.

4.To survey and create big potential projects such as hospital, building shopping mall,hotel,housing apartment.
5.Keep updated information on the construction business and tender openings from the relevant industry.
6.Collaborate with clients to understand their specific project requirements and recommend appropriate paint solutions.
7.Coordinate effectively with marketing, R&D, and production teams to align product offerings with market demands and customer expectations.

8.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealer,architects,contractors, builders and distributors.
9.Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.

10.Monitor market trends,competitor activities and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
11.Prepare and present sales reports and analyses to senior management to inform strategic decision making.

12.Maintain a deep understanding of product portfolio and stay updated on industry trends and technical advancements in paint and coatings
13.Provide expert product knowledge to clients, including guidance on best practices for application and performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration,Marketing or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or institutional sales (preferably in paints,coatings or building materials).
- Experience in handling government tenders, institutional projects, and contractor networks.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in project-based sale.
