Job Description
- Plan, supervise, and execute daily production operations efficiently
- Ensure smooth workflow in the production department as per production targets and dispatch plans
- Monitor production output, quality standards, and process discipline on the production floor
- Allocate manpower effectively to maximize productivity and operational efficiency
- Maintain and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) within the production process
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and quality departments for uninterrupted operations
- Prepare daily production, material consumption, and productivity reports
- Support quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with company standards
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and wastage
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in production department, preferably in FMCG industry
- Good understanding of production planning and process management
- Knowledge of quality control and SOP implementation
- Strong leadership and manpower handling skills
- Ability to monitor productivity and achieve production targets
- Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks efficiently
