Production In-Charge

Job Description

• Plan, supervise, and execute daily production operations efficiently
• Ensure smooth workflow in the production department as per production targets and dispatch plans
• Monitor production output, quality standards, and process discipline on the production floor
• Allocate manpower effectively to maximize productivity and operational efficiency
• Maintain and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) within the production process
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and quality departments for uninterrupted operations
• Prepare daily production, material consumption, and productivity reports
• Support quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with company standards
• Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and wastage

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in production department, preferably in FMCG industry
• Good understanding of production planning and process management
• Knowledge of quality control and SOP implementation
• Strong leadership and manpower handling skills
• Ability to monitor productivity and achieve production targets
• Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks efficiently
