Product Development Officer

Job Description

• Design and update the range of products, which includes product development process from the concept to post lunch analysis phase.
• Proposing innovative product developments process to respective supervisor.
• Carrying out a complete review of product from customer for getting more product in house inventory.
• Analysis of internal and external factor of SWOT which effects inside organization ecosystem, and coordinate within various ecosystem of department.    
• Meet with vendor to gain a better understanding of their product expectations.
• Identifying the gap in the category and sourcing the products as well as vendors with best possible price in the market.
• Work with the product supervisor for the promotional campaigns, major events and sales campaign to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
• Maintain proper relation with the vendors for smooth and long term partnership
• Assist in negotiation with vendors and contract management, if required.

Job Requirements

• Proficient with Office Package.
• Ability to act and think logically and work in a team
• Excellent planning and organization planning
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Able to work under pressure and deadline
• Preferable will be given who has own two wheeler.
