- Handling of Outbound Tour Packages for Far and Middle East.
- Itineraries and Costing, International hotel Bookings, well versed with online booking portal, Zeal to sell
- confirming customer names with airlines/hotels
- collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback
- providing pricing information
- marketing holidays to clients via travel agents, websites, brochures and television advertising
