Job Description

Handle network related support calls and field visits
Configure and troubleshoot router and switches, EDD (Ethernet Demarcation Device)
Manage and maintain entire Office Networks (Internet / Intranet, client link and failover links for networks
Manage and maintain overall Network operations of organization
Maintain, update, and upgrade networks; design, structure, monitoring system and configuration of network
Handle MCNOC entire support operations, keeping all servers Network working properly. And manage bandwidth Management Servers

Job Requirements

Maintain and update the records of our customers in cable-aaa (database server) along with the router / switch interface details along with IP assigned, Bandwidth subscribed and last mile media details info. Also update CRM. Register cases in e-tracks (CRM, Customer relationship management)
Ensure network wide Quality of Service, Traffic Engineering, Policy Routing and Network Security and managing networks for routing and switching for system and Networks. Wireless Networks and Network Monitoring and Management Systems (Nagios, Cacti, RANCID, MRTG, Temperature status).
