Job Description
- To achieve monthly Sales/Collection targets.
- To achieve annual Sales/Collection targets.
- To drive constant sales through a policy bound method.
- To ensure customer satisfaction.
- To uphold company rules and norms.
- To motivate, guide, train Sales Team for optimum Sales and Revenue generation.
- Sales & Marketing, channel development & maintenance.
- Making New Dealerships of electronic products all over Nepal
Job Requirements
- Bachelor /Master Degree in Management or in related field.
- Minimum 2 years or more experiences in Sales & Marketing of Electronic Home Appliance Products.
- Good communication skills
- High performance sales management
- Familiar with CRM software and MS Office
- Able to analyze sales performance
- Good customer relationship skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Able to travel as needed
