Maintenance Executive

Job Description

Responsible for Plant Maintenance Activities for Production Machines and Utility system

Resposnsible for Preventive Maintenance and Predective Maintenance

Responsible for Maintaining Machine's Spare Parts Inventory

Responsible for  Plant Expansion/New Projects

Must have hands on experience on the material cleaning Machines/equipment For e.g Peeling Machine, De-stoners, Blowers,Vibro/Linear Separator and Metal Detectors, etc.

Job Requirements

• Should have good knowledge of Electrical Power/Control System and Automation Devices (PLC,Drives,HMI, etc)
• Atleast 5 years of experience in FMCG company. 
•  B. Tech ( Mech/Elect/Electronics) 
• Should have good knowledge s of Mechanical Machines (Bearings, shafts, couplings, gearbox etc.)
•  Preparation of annual maintenance budget and controlling the cost as per budget.
•  Responsible for minimizing the downtime MTBF and MTTR of all the equipment.          
•  Coordinate and regularly follow up with the Purchase dept for timely availability of spares.
•  Identification & Implementation of Cost/Energy improvement initiatives.
•   Responsible for Legal and safety  compliance.
• Required Computer skills and knowledge of  SAP (Maintenance Module)/ERP , MS Office applications such as Power Point, Word, and Excel
