Job Description

Keep all stock records without fail. (Mobile phone, Promotional materials, marketing materials etc).
Collect order details from sales team and working dealers.
Coordinate with accounts department to receive outstanding report of the clients before providing additional products.
Co-ordinate with sales team, accounts team, documentation team and dealers.
Take all responsibilities regarding stock.
Prepare various reports including daily overall sales report and all stock related reports.
Deliver products to the dealers by himself in case of emergencies.

Job Requirements

Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates.
Work closely on order planning and processing with Management
Interact with Principals for the logistics, proposal and quotes for order processing.
