Junior Officer - Recovery

Job Description

• Identify potential customer.
• Reminders to all the customers for timely payment of EMIs.
• Rigorous follow and resident visit to egularly defaulted customers to regularize EMIs.
• Entry cash in our ERP system and check the bank deposits.
• Visit customer’s site to gather requisite information to assess credit worthiness of potential customer
• Complete documentation process of customers as stated by Credit Policy.
• Prepare credit appraisal of loan customer and process.
• Obtain all the security documents and other loan documents signed by the customer for credit implementation.
• Prior reminders to all customers for regular installment payments.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and ERP System.
• Inform insurance expiry to customer and follow up for renewal.
• Process legal documents, loan agreements and namsari from yatayat office.
• Arrange dociments for loan approval as per credit policy.
• Good communication skills.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Management (BBA/BBS)
• Freshers can apply. preference to experience in finance/credit functions (preferably in a bank/finance company) or in related field.
• Excellent knowledge of computer applications and reporting skills (MS Office and ERP).
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Valid two wheeler driving license with own vechile.
