Job Description
- Participating in strategic planning sessions with senior staff to discuss the bank’s long-term goals and plans for growth
- Recommending changes to the bank’s policies and procedures that would improve efficiency or customer satisfaction
- Providing financial advice to clients on topics such as mortgage loans, investments, or retirement plans
- Communicating with clients face-to-face or via telephone to explain their options, answer questions, and process transactions
- Preparing reports on client activity and other data relevant to banking operations
- Processing loan applications and other documents related to lending activities
- Monitoring investment portfolios to ensure that they are performing well and are compliant with regulations
- Conducting research to identify potential new business opportunities for the bank
- Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining records of account balances, processing checks, and filing paperwork with regulatory agencie
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or other related field
- Minimum 4 Years of banking experience in commercial or development bank with experience in Branch Management.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional mathematical ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
