Job Description
- Ensure a ‘customer centric’ and ‘partnership approach’ to develop strong relationships with other working groups.
- Provide dedicated, highly confidential support to a Leadership group of Executives.
- Keep updates records and files.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, Schedules etc).
- Correspondence management and calendar coordination, including complex, short-notice travel and any associated documentation.
- Own and proactively improve courses of action on challenging administrative matters.
- Relevant experience within a similar role, supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-changing complex and international environment.
Other duites includes:
- creating memorandums.
- Greeting visitors.
- Keeping schedules.
- Making travels arrangements and organizing company events.
- Providing administrative and clerical assistance to professionals.
Job Requirements
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills, as well as a strong background in typing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Candidates must also work well under pressure, multitask with efficiency and feel comfortable making phone calls.
- Candidate must have two wheelers driving license.
- Intermediate in Management/Bachelors Running can apply.
