Job Description
- Keep updated records and files.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
- Greeting and welcoming desks as they approach the front desk.
- Answering questions and addressing complaints.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
- Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
- Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
- Maintain internal databases.
- Keep employee records (physical and digital).
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Handle queries from managers and employees.
- Update office policies and ensure compliance with them.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures.
- Handle queries from managers and employees.
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
- Candidate must possess two wheeler driving license with bike.
- Must have completed bachelor’s degree in managaement field.
- Candidate must have previous 1+ years of experience in front office handeling Receptionist/Logistics/Admin. (Male Candidate only).
