Java Developer

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to define technical requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance development processes.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer (4+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
