Basic Information
Job Description
-Provide first-level support for hardware, software and network-related issues.
-Install,configure and maintain computer systems,printers and other peripheral equipment.
-Troubleshoot network issues,including LAN/WAN, internet connectivity,switches, and routers.
-Manage user accounts, permissions and passwords in Windows or other systems.
-Maintain inventory of hardware and IT equipment.
Support audio/video conferencing systems.
-Perform routine maintenance on IT infrastructure and ensure security protocols are followed.
-Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
-Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement or repairs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, networking (LAN/WAN), and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Windows systems and basic security protocols.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
