Job Description
-
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
-
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices
-
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues and manage internet connectivity, switches, and routers
-
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access (primarily Windows environment)
-
Maintain and update hardware and IT equipment inventory
-
Provide support for audio/video conferencing tools and systems
-
Perform routine IT maintenance and ensure adherence to security protocols
-
Log and document technical issues and solutions in a ticketing system
-
Coordinate with vendors for hardware support and procurement
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT or a related field (preferred)
-
6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role
-
Basic knowledge of networking, hardware maintenance, and system configuration
-
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and user management
-
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
-
Strong communication and coordination skills
