Job Description
- Business applications support
- Understand the User’s requirements of new/existing applications
- Implementation of new and change requests
- Assist on preparing test cases for application
- Coordination with the development team to make sure the requirements are developed within given timeline
- Oversee Network, Firewall, and Windows Server
- Work and monitor closely IT product/ service vendors for implementation, execution, and support/maintenance of including and not limited to network and systems, CCTV, and Printers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/CSIT
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Strong business judgment and good communication skills
- Familiar with the basics of SQL, database, and software development will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in minimum supervision
