Job Description
- Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and servers.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure system security.
- Support users with IT-related queries and technical training.
- Monitor and maintain data backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Implement and upgrade IT infrastructure as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in IT support and network administration.
- Knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting and IT security.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
