IT Assistant

Job Description

• Operation (IT related issues)
• Networking (Configure and maintain managed switches i.e., Cisco, Raisecom, Mikrotik, ubiquiti networks,Attendance Device etc.)
• Monitoring and Problem solving (Diagnose and resolve technical issues)
• Installation (Windows server,Operating System(O.S), Application software,firmware etc.
• IT Support ( Provide Desktop and Server Support, On Desk User Support. Etc.)
• Plus two with 1 years of experience

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in IT or other relevant stream.
• Must have minimum one year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge and understanding of the current and developing strategic information requirements of a major research university.
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in information technology.
• Knowledge of financial/business analysis techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Strategic planning and advanced leadership skills.
• Ability to develop requests for and evaluate proposals in reference to leading-edge information services technology.
