Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6–7 years of relevant experience in the same field
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management
