Job Description
- Gather & determine staffing needs from different Sources.
- Screening resumes as per Job recruitment.
- Hiring of employee within the assigned timeline & Budget.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Performing reference and background checks
- Coordinating interviews with the candidate
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients (Franchise Owner) to ensure staffing is fulfilled as per the requirement
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Job Requirements
- Coordinate with franchise owner for Manpower Supply
- Monitor the performance & delivery of each employee
- Monitor Daily Reporting
- Share confirmation of payments received.
- Share MIS & records on daily basis with all stakeholders.
