Job Description

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree  in HR
  • Must have 5 to 6 years experience in related field
  • Should be flexible to travel
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Higher Exposure of HR 
  •  Ability to identify and hire the Potential Candidate.
