Job Description

 

  • Work in coordination and support HR Operations Head for effective achievement of strategically initiatives during/after implementation.
  • Plan/follow Succession planning programs for key contributors and management positions and develop training and development programs for preparing employees for more significant responsibilities.
  • Maintains knowledge of international HR policies, programs, laws and issues. Understands the differences of domestic and international policies and programs and coordinate the integration of all such policies.
  • Organizational Development by ensuring timely proper recruitments.Develop effective HR strategy for long term development of employees. To identify through HR audit the number of staffs and their role.
