Job Description
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge on best HR Practices including GESI (gender equality and social inclusion).
- Knowledge and ability to devise incentive plans, performance appraisal standards and people management.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requisition requirements across various departments.
- Conduct screening, interviews with candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and fitment.
- Coordinate interviewing and candidate evaluation process with hiring teams.
- Extend employment offers and negotiate competitive compensation packages.
- Maintain applicant tracking system and databases with meticulous record keeping.
- Develop recruiting strategies and tactical plans to identify talent pools and build a robust pipeline.
- Promote the company's brand and employee value proposition through events, social media, etc.
- Analyze metrics to evaluate source effectiveness, hiring process efficiency, etc.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, technology, regulations, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple job requisitions.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.
- Attention to detail in screening applications and scheduling interviews.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
