Job Description

  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge on best HR Practices including GESI (gender equality and social inclusion).
  • Knowledge and ability to devise incentive plans, performance appraisal standards and people management. 
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requisition requirements across various departments.
  • Conduct screening, interviews with candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and fitment.
  • Coordinate interviewing and candidate evaluation process with hiring teams.
  • Extend employment offers and negotiate competitive compensation packages.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and databases with meticulous record keeping.
  • Develop recruiting strategies and tactical plans to identify talent pools and build a robust pipeline.
  • Promote the company's brand and employee value proposition through events, social media, etc.
  • Analyze metrics to evaluate source effectiveness, hiring process efficiency, etc.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, technology, regulations, and best practices.
     

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple job requisitions.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Attention to detail in screening applications and scheduling interviews.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
