Job Description

Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and company standards.

Monitor employee performance, coordinate appraisals, and support managers in setting goals and KPIs.

Oversee performance appraisal systems and assist in setting KPIs and goals

Maintain and update employee records in HRIS

Support payroll processing and benefits administration

Organize training & development programs to enhance staff productivity

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., SSF, labor laws)

Prepare monthly HR reports and analytics for management review
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BBA/BBS (Master’s preferred)
- 2–5 years of proven HR experience in a corporate or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
- Hands-on experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Familiarity with performance management systems and setting KPIs
- Good command of employee relations and conflict resolution Knowledge of payroll, SSF, and HRIS tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions
