Job Description

  • Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and company standards.

  • Monitor employee performance, coordinate appraisals, and support managers in setting goals and KPIs.

  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and assist in setting KPIs and goals

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS

  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration

  • Organize training & development programs to enhance staff productivity

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., SSF, labor laws)

  • Prepare monthly HR reports and analytics for management review

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in BBA/BBS (Master’s preferred)
  • 2–5 years of proven HR experience in a corporate or industrial setting
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and setting KPIs
  •  Good command of employee relations and conflict resolution Knowledge of payroll, SSF, and HRIS tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions
