Job Description
Graphic Design Excellence:
- Bring our brand to life through visually stunning designs that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.
- Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual assets across print, digital, and social media channels.
Brand Consistency:
- Be the guardian of our brand identity, ensuring all design deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual aesthetic.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and design across all brand touchpoints.
Software Proficiency:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, using these tools to create high quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously enhance your design skills and deliver cutting-edge visuals.
Motion Graphics:
- Bring your designs to life with motion graphics and animations, adding an extra layer of dynamism and engagement to our brand storytelling.
- Create compelling motion graphics for social media, website banners, and other digital platforms to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and content teams, to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively, presenting ideas in a clear and compelling manner to gain buy-in from stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Attitude:
- Approach design challenges with a creative and solution-oriented mindset, finding innovative ways to address client briefs and project requirements.
- Adapt quickly to feedback and iterate on designs to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and marketing for brands or agencies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency across design deliverables. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision.
