Job Description

Design Development: Conceptualize and create visually captivating designs for various marketing materials, including print collateral, digital advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, and website assets.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across different platforms and mediums.
Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience, ensuring that design solutions effectively communicate the desired message.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of design assets.
Design Research: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design, and apply relevant knowledge to enhance design quality and effectiveness.
Image Editing and Retouching: Utilize image editing software to retouch and enhance photographs, ensuring high-quality visuals for marketing materials and digital platforms.
Feedback Incorporation: Accept and incorporate feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring the final designs meet the required specifications and objectives.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of all design assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.
File Organization and Asset Management: Maintain a well-organized file structure and asset library to ensure easy access and retrieval of design files and resources.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums and demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback and suggestions into design iterations.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, design trends, and software updates.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design execution.
