Job Description
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and attendance.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have completed Intermediate level and bachelor running is preferred.
- Able to deal effectively with different people (in person and via calls)
- Must have good communication skills in English and Nepali
- Have some basic understanding on letter writing and Admin related work
- Must be adaptable, proactive and self-motivated
- Verbal Communication, Professionalism, Experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.
