Finance & Account Manager

Job Description

• Oversee all financial and accounting activities related to operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize costs and improve profitability.
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities for financial audits and compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and ensure the company’s financial stability.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor degree/Master/CA/SemiCA can apply 
• Must have 7-10 yrs of experience in Manufacturing or FMCG company.
• ?Oversee all financial & Accounting activities related to operations including budgeting, forecasting & reporting.
• Knoweledge in Food Industry will be a added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
