Job Description
- Oversee all financial and accounting activities related to operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize costs and improve profitability.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities for financial audits and compliance.
- Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and ensure the company’s financial stability.
- Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor degree/Master/CA/SemiCA can apply
- Must have 7-10 yrs of experience in Manufacturing or FMCG company.
- ?Oversee all financial & Accounting activities related to operations including budgeting, forecasting & reporting.
- Knoweledge in Food Industry will be a added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
