Field Technician

Job Description

• Identify the issue like range of Wi-Fi, hardware issue in router, placement of router, connectors, drop wire, secondary router/extender/repeater/mesh etc.
• Installation, testing and troubleshooting of voice, data, radio and ancillary telecommunications equipment
• Installations occur at business and residential sites, so being comfortable with roofs, crawlspaces, heights and office spaces is a must
• Must have sufficient verbal, written and physical skills to perform the work, communicate with clients and coworkers and the ability to lift equipment and tools
• Must have supreme attention to detail including the ability to discern differences in colors
• Must learn our software tools, including the production database and Microsoft Teams

Job Requirements

• should have good knowledge regarding optical fiber, coaxial cable, LAN cable application and use of optical power meter and ISP product in client premises. 
• Higher education with 2 years of experience in ISP project (Fiber/Network Field).  
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate verbally and in writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, including Office Products and Teams
• Proficiency with tools and technology and be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Plan, organize and perform work independently
• Valid driver’s license
