Job Description
- Necessary liaison to corporate head/management. Supervise and manage employees for day-to-day operations.
- Have good knowledge of sales & Marketing
- Maintaining information flow between the departments / Organization
- Closely work with all departments in implementing operation policies & regulations.
- Ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate and mediate effectively
- Plan production operations, and establish priorities.
- Develop and work with supervisors in all areas such as employee relations, production processes, achieving goals, etc
- Respond to company-related issues
- Ensure compliance with safety
- Manage Company’s legal documents, confidential & account related documents
- Manage Sales/Mkt., Accounts, Plant, Operations/Admin team.
- Coordinate with dealers.
- Coordinate with vendors for official requirement purchases.
Job Requirements
- Must have 5 years of experience in the LPG industry.
- Must have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related stream.
- Good communication skills(Verbal & written)
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Overall responsibility for Factory management including Sales & Marketing.
